COCOCHOCO Clarifying Shampoo 

COCOCHOCO Clarifying Shampoo is specially formulated with advanced foaming action that deep cleans the hair cuticle to remove all residues and impurities that cling to the hair shaft.

COCOCHOCO Clarifying Shampoo is a pre-treatment shampoo that is used BEFORE COCOCHOCO Keratin Treatment.

How to use

COCOCHOCO pre-treatment instructions:

1. Wash the hair twice with COCOCHOCO Clarifying shampoo BEFORE applying COCOCHOCO Brazilian Keratin Treatment. Do not use Clarifying shampoo after treatment.

2. Rinse thoroughly with clean cold water. Do not use conditioner.

3. Towel dry to remove most of the moisture.

4. Blow-dry on medium heat until completely dry.

5. Comb the hair lightly to remove major knots and kinks.

COCOCHOCO keratin treatment instructions:

1. Wash the hair twice with COCOCHOCO Clarifying Shampoo, rinse, and towel dry (do not use conditioner).

2. Blow-dry the hair straight on medium heat until completely dry. Comb the hair thoroughly.

3. Part the hair into manageable sections using hair clips.

4. Shake the product well before use, wear gloves and use in a well-ventilated room.

5. Brush the COCOCHOCO Keratin Treatment onto small sections of hair (avoiding the scalp) and comb out the excess. Continue until all the hair has been treated. Please note that using the excess product does NOT result in straighter hair, it just creates unpleasant smoke and fumes.

6. After 20-30 minutes, blow-dry the hair (away from the face) on medium heat until completely dry. Note: Do not wash your hair – the product must be left on the hair for 3 days / 72 hours.

7. Iron small sections of the hair 5-7 times using hair straightening irons set at 200°C (medium hair) or 220°C (coarse hair). Take care not to damage the hair with excess heat or repetitions.

8. Do not wash, tie up or style the hair for 3 days. If hair gets wet or kinked re-straighten with hot hair irons.

9. After 3 days, wash the hair with COCOCHOCO Sulphate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner.

COCOCHOCO after-care instructions:

1. Wash the hair with COCOCHOCO Sulphate Free shampoo, massaging it gently into the scalp for 1-2 minutes. Do not use Clarifying shampoo.

2. Rinse thoroughly with clean cold water.

3. Use COCOCHOCO Sulphate Free shampoo with every wash twice per week.

4. Use COCOCHOCO Keratin mask to support treatment twice per week.

5. Use COCOCHOCO Serum on a regular basis.
